End user training
We strive to provide training sessions which will enable you to make the most of the software applications you use on a daily basis. We offer face to face training in our state of the art computer labs in Johannesburg. On site training is also be provided. Our curriculum is centred around the most commonly used desktop applications and is offered in 3 levels.
Level 1
provides the fundamental skills needed to get up and running with any software package.
Level 2
classes are geared towards individuals who have proficiency in both the computer platform (Linux or Windows) and the application being taught.
Level 3
classes provide instruction on the more complex features of application software. Class participants are encouraged to come to class with questions and topics for discussion.
Workplace focused Training Programs (E-Learning Projects)
In order to assist companies implement their online training programs, the training unit runs a 3-day workshop on "Strategies for Introducing E-Learning in the Workplace". The workshop tells you everything your need to know about e-learning. It provides you with answers to every question you might have around e-learning issues. The unit also designed a technical training program for IT experts from these companies, to come here and be taught on how to configure open source Learning Management Systems (LMS) and also E-Learning Project Management.
